1. A method for crystallization of a thermoplastic film material to form a product, said method comprising:
initiating a crystallization process by shaping the thermoplastic film material into a first shape within a first primary shaping station having a forming tool as a first molding tool;
moving the first shape thermoplastic film material out of the first primary shaping station and out of the first molding tool and onto a crystallization section located between the first shaping station and a secondary shaping station where a majority of the crystallization process occurs outside of the first molding tool during a clocked movement in a machine direction, wherein the machine direction refers to a transport direction in which film, blanks or products are conveyed along a production line;
moving the first shape thermoplastic film material into the secondary shaping station having a further molding tool as secondary molding tool, the secondary molding tool being different than the first molding tool and if needed, further shaping and/or crystallization processing the first shape thermoplastic film material; and
carrying out the majority of the crystallization process along the crystallization section outside the first and second molding tools while the thermoplastic film material is transported between the first and second molding tools without any molding or shaping of the thermoplastic film material occurring during the transport.
