1. An implantable neurostimulator for subcutaneous implantation in a head of a patient, wherein the head has a first side and a second side, the first side is one of a left side or a right side of the head, the second side is the other one of the left side or the right side of the head, the head includes four nerve region targets, and the four nerve region targets include a first-side supraorbital nerve region, a second-side supraorbital nerve region, a first-side occipital nerve region and a second-side occipital nerve region, the implantable neurostimulator including:
a body configured to be subcutaneously implanted in the head on the first side;
neurostimulation circuitry, housed within the body, configured to generate neurostimulation signals;
a first lead electrically connected to the neurostimulation circuitry within the body, the first lead including a proximal set of electrodes and a distal set of electrodes, the first lead being configured to subcutaneously extend from the body to position the proximal set of electrodes proximate to a first one of the four nerve region targets and position the distal set of electrodes proximate to a second one of the four nerve region targets, wherein the neurostimulation circuitry and the first lead are configured to deliver neurostimulation to the first and second ones of the four nerve region targets; and
a second lead electrically connected to the neurostimulation circuitry within the body, the second lead including a proximal set of electrodes and a distal set of electrodes, the second lead being configured to subcutaneously extend from the body to position the proximal set of electrode proximate to a third one of the four nerve region targets and position the distal set of electrodes proximate to a fourth one of the four nerve region targets, wherein the neurostimulation circuitry and the second lead are configured to deliver neurostimulation to the third and fourth ones of the four nerve region targets.
