1. A composite composition comprising:
a silicon fine particle having a capability of generating hydrogen; and
a silicon suboxide (SiOX, wherein x is ½, 1, or 3/2) and/or a mixed composition of the silicon suboxide and silicon dioxide, at least partially covering a surface of the silicon fine particle,
wherein a concentration of a hydroxyl group on the surface of the silicon fine particle is 5×1013/cm2 or more, and
wherein the composite is orally ingestible.
