1. A compound having the structure of Formula I:

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
R1 is OH or its oxo tautomer;
R2 is H, halogen, OH, NO2, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkylalkyl group;
R3 is a halogen, CN, NO2, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, or cycloalkylalkyl group; and
n is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
