1. A system with one or more processors for monitoring sleep disordered breathing of a user, the system comprising:
sensing apparatus configured to (a) generate a movement signal for the user for gathering sleep information, and to (b) generate an audio signal of breathing sounds of the user; and
one or more processors configured to:
(a) receive the audio signal and detect snoring events from the audio signal;
(b) receive the movement signal to obtain sensor data representing one or more of respiratory movement and objective sleep measures; and
(c) generate one or more sleep disordered breathing measures, wherein at least one of the one or more sleep disordered breathing measures is generated from the detected snoring events and the obtained sensor data;
wherein the system is configured to reject snoring events that are in the audio signal and the events are not from the user by using the obtained sensor data.
