1. An implant, comprising:
a first securement member;
a second securement member; and
a housing of unitary construction configured to receive the first securement member and the second securement member, the first securement member configured to advance with respect to the housing along a first axis to secure a flexible member within the housing, and the second securement member configured to advance with respect to the housing along a second axis to secure a rod within the housing, the first axis and the second axis offset relative to each other and angled to define an intersection point outside of the housing.
