1. A method in a wireless device for performing relative measurements involving radio measurements of transmissions from first and second cells, the method comprising:
determining that listen-before-talk (LBT) operations may be performed by a network node for one or both of the first and second cells; and
performing the relative measurement, wherein said performing is based on said determining and wherein performing the relative measurement comprises applying one or more parameters and/or conditions specific to relative measurements involving downlink LBT operations;
wherein if the one or more conditions are not met for an ongoing relative measurement, the method comprises one of:
discarding the ongoing relative measurement;
discarding the ongoing relative measurement and restarting a relative measurement;
continuing the ongoing relative measurement with one or more relaxed requirements; and
continuing the ongoing relative measurement with an extended measurement time.
