1. A method for transmitting a broadcast signal, the method comprising:
encoding service data for a service;
encoding service list information for one or more services including the service; and
transmitting the broadcast signal including the encoded service data and the encoded service list information,
wherein the service list information includes first URL (Uniform Resource Locator) information for indicating a URL for acquiring first ESG (Electronic Service Guide) information or first service layer signaling information for all services when the first ESG information or the first service layer signaling information is available via a broadband, wherein the service list information further includes information for the service, and
wherein the information for the service includes:
service identification information for identifying the service,
category information for indicating a type of the service,
capability information for indicating a capability required for decoding and presenting the service data, and
second URL information for indicating a URL for acquiring second ESG information or second service layer signaling information for the service when the second ESG information or the second service layer signaling information is available via the broadband.
