1. A terminal device, comprising:
a radio transceiver; and
circuitry configured to:
control the radio transceiver to receive:
System Information Block (SIB) that is broadcast from a base station device, the SIB containing satellite station related information, and
a Random Access Response (RAR) transmitted from the base station device, wherein the RAR corresponds to a Random Access preamble which is transmitted from the terminal device to the base station device; and
calculate a timing advance value for controlling an uplink transmission timing for a satellite station based on addition of a first value to a second value, wherein
the first value is TA_satellite which is computed based on the satellite station related information contained in the SIB, and the second value is TA_normal which is contained in the received RAR.
