1. A uranium-dioxide pellet for nuclear fuel, comprising:
uranium dioxide; and
a nuclear fuel additive,
wherein the additive includes lanthanum oxide (La2O3), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), and silicon oxide (SiO2); and
wherein the additive is in a form of liquid phase which surrounds grains comprising the uranium dioxide in the pellet.
