1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
receiving, by a persona management system, a request to obtain anonymous identifiers of users matching one or more criteria included in the request;
identifying, using a searchable data store, a user that is associated with one or more transformed data values satisfying the one or more criteria, wherein an entry in the searchable data store includes: an identifier of the user, an identifier of an external data provider that possesses data related to the user, and an identifier of an algorithm used to transform data possessed by the external data provider related to the user into the one or more transformed data values;
providing access to an anonymous identifier of the user;
receiving a request to send a data communication to the user, wherein the request includes the anonymous identifier; and
sending the data communication to a client computing device associated with the user.
