1. A polyurea compound prepared via reaction of a polyisocyanate with a dialkoxyaminosilane of general formula (I)
R1(R1O)2Si(CH2)mNHR2  (I)
and optionally additionally with a trialkoxyaminosilane of general formula (II)
(R1O)3Si(CH2)nNHR2  (II)
where the radicals R1 independently of one another are selected from C1-C20-alkyl or C6-C20-aryl,
n and m are each integers between 1 and 4,
the radicals R2 independently of one another are selected from —H, C1-C20-alkyl, C3-C12-cycloalkyl, and —CHR3CH2COOR4,
the radicals R3 independently of one another are selected from H, C1-C20-alkyl and —COOR4, and
the radicals R4 independently of one another represent C1-C20-alkyl,
wherein the radicals R2 each represent —CHR3CH2COOR4 and the radicals R3 each represent —COOR4.
