1. A decoration element comprising:
a color developing layer comprising a light reflective layer and a light absorbing layer provided on the light reflective layer; and
a substrate provided on a surface of the color developing layer,
wherein the substrate comprises a pattern layer,
wherein the light absorbing layer comprises an aluminum oxynitride (AlaObNc); and
wherein ω represented by the following Equation 1 is 0.8 or less:

wherein ω is a relation between a content ratio of each element of the aluminum oxynitride and a thickness of the light absorbing layer at any one point of the light absorbing layer;

wherein the pattern layer comprises a convex portion or a concave portion;
wherein each of the convex portion and the concave portion has an asymmetric cross-section;
wherein in each of the convex portion and the concave portion having an asymmetric cross-section, at least one cross-section comprises a first inclined side and a second inclined side having different inclined angles; and
wherein an angle formed by the first inclined side and the second inclined side is in a range of 80° to 100°.
