1. A method for forming a UV protective porous coating in the form of a deposit of continuous fibers on skin, the method comprising:
applying a first composition comprising a UV protective agent to the skin, and
separately from the applying the first composition, electrostatically spraying a second composition comprising a component (a) and a component (b) directly onto the skin, thereby depositing the second composition in the form of a deposit of continuous fibers at a site of application to form the UV protective porous coating on the skin,
wherein
the component (a) is a volatile substance comprising at least one member selected from the group consisting of ethanol and 1-butanol, wherein a content of the component (a) in the second composition is from 30 mass % to 98 mass %,
the component (b) comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl butyral, polyacrylate and polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate, wherein a content of the component (b) in the second composition is from 2 mass % to 50 mass %,
wherein the UV protective porous coating comprises a deposit comprising continuous fibers, and the continuous fibers are formed from the water-insoluble polymer by the electrostatically spraying,
wherein the continuous fibers are formed from the water-insoluble polymer during the electrostatically spraying of the second composition,
wherein the second composition for the electrostatically spraying is in a liquid form at 20° C. and
wherein a content ratio of the component (a) and the component (b), ((a)/(b)), is from 0.5 to 40.
