1. A bi-continuous composite of a refractory alloy and copper having a chemical composition of Cu100-xBx, where B comprises V, Cr, Mo, Nb, Ta, and W, and 5 at %≤x≤95 at %,
wherein the bi-continuous composite comprises a face-centered cubic phase and a body-centered cubic phase.
