1. A light emitting device, comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode disposed on the first electrode; and
an emission layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and comprising a polycyclic compound represented by one of Formula 1-1 to Formula 1-4:
wherein in Formula 1-1 to Formula 1-4,
Q1 is a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon ring group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group,
Y1 and Y2 are each independently B, N, P, P═O, P═S, Al, Ga, As, Si(R5), or Ge(R6),
Y11 and Y12 are each independently O or S,
a1 and a2 are each independently an integer from 0 to 4,
a4 is an integer from 0 to 3,
a11 to a14 are each independently an integer from 0 to 4,
L1 to L4 are each a direct linkage,
at least one of m1 to m4 is 1, and the remainder of m1 to m4 are each independently 0 or 1,
R1 to R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted thio group, a substituted or unsubstituted oxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group of 2 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or are combined with an adjacent group to form a ring, and
R11 to R14 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted thio group, a substituted or unsubstituted oxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or are combined with an adjacent group to form a ring.
