1. A method of receiving a signal by a base station (BS) operating in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
transmitting configuration information; and
receiving a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) on an interlace based on the configuration information,
wherein the PUCCH includes a PUCCH sequence of which a Cyclic Shift (CS) value depends on a Resource Block (RB) number for each of RBs in the interlace, and
wherein the CS value varies based on a value obtained by 5*n, where n is the RB number in the interlace.
