1. An apparatus comprising:
one or more processors and a memory, the one or more processors configured to:
receive first information indicating a first uplink grant associated with a first transmission;
receive second information indicating a second uplink grant associated with a second transmission, wherein at least one of the first transmission or the second transmission comprising a scheduling request;
receive configuration information indicating a plurality of Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) codebooks;
determine, based on the first information and the second information, that the first transmission and the second transmission overlap at least partially in time;
determine a first priority associated with the first transmission and a second priority associated with the second transmission based on a logical channel prioritization procedure to select logical channels whose data would be multiplexed into medium access control (MAC) layer protocol data units (PDUs) of the first uplink grant and select logical channels whose data would be multiplexed into MAC layer PDUs of the second uplink grant, wherein the first priority or the second priority is associated with a highest priority logical channel among the logical channels;
determine a first HARQ codebook for the first transmission associated with the first priority level, and a second HARQ codebook for the second transmission associated with the second priority level; and
transmit the first transmission and the second transmission based at least in part on the first priority and the second priority of the first transmission or second transmission, respectively.
