1. A method, comprising:
in connection with an event, analyzing, by a system comprising a processor, first communication-related information associated with first network equipment that is associated with a responder communication network, second communication-related information associated with second network equipment that is associated with a communication network, and an item of external information received from an external data source; and
based on a result of the analyzing, managing, by the system, a group of resources associated with the responder communication network in connection with the event, wherein the group of resources comprises a portable base station that is able to provide a service in connection with the event.
