1. A method for creating a slice on a cellular network, the method comprising:
receiving, by the cellular network from a client, a cellular service request for the slice, wherein the cellular service request specifies a plurality of performance metrics to be met by the slice;
creating, by the cellular network, on a cloud-computing platform, a test function on the cellular network based on the cellular service request;
providing, by the cellular network, via a radio access network (RAN) of the cellular network, access to a reduced-scale slice that provides access to the test function for a first plurality of user equipment (UE) of the client;
providing, by the cellular network to the client, access to key performance indicators (KPIs) of the reduced-scale slice;
receiving, by the cellular network, from the client, a conversion request, wherein the conversion request requests conversion of the reduced-scale slice to a production slice; and
converting, by the cellular network, the reduced-scale slice to the production slice, wherein the production slice provides access to the cellular network for a second plurality of UE of the client.
