1. A video decoder for providing a decoded video information VIde on a basis of an encoded video information VIen,
wherein the video decoder is configured to acquire first sample information Is1 on the basis of the encoded video information VIen;
wherein the video decoder is configured to apply a first denoising operation, in order to acquire a first denoised sample information Ids1 on a basis of the first sample information Is1;
wherein the video decoder is configured to apply a second denoising operation on a basis of a result of the first denoising operation; and
wherein the video decoder is configured to adjust the second denoising operation in dependence on differences between samples before the first denoising operation and after the first denoising operation, in order to acquire the decoded video information VIde.
