1. A method of keeping one or more devices secure, comprising:
using allowed parameter criteria from a fencing parameter database to identify a list of monitored devices from a plurality of monitored devices;
determining that a first device and a second device from the list of monitored devices are known to have unresolved security issues;
retrieving a first updated configuration for the first device and retrieving a second updated configuration for the second device; and
distributing the first updated configuration to the first device and the second updated configuration to the second device.
