1. An electronically enhanced meeting scheduling system comprising:
an electronic processing device; and
a non-transitory memory device in communication with the electronic processing device, the non-transitory memory device storing (i) invitee data and (ii) processing instructions that, when executed by the electronic processing device, result in:
receiving, by the electronic processing device, a meeting parameter descriptive of an electronically assisted meeting;
determining, by the electronic processing device and based on the meeting parameter, a target set of capabilities to be exhibited by a group of attendees of the electronically assisted meeting;
identifying, by the electronic processing device, data indicative of a set of invitees of the electronically assisted meeting;
identifying, by the electronic processing device and by utilizing the data indicative of the set of invitees of the electronically assisted meeting to lookup corresponding records in the stored invitee data, a current set of capabilities exhibited by the set of invitees of the electronically assisted meeting;
identifying, by the electronic processing device and based on a comparison of the current set of capabilities exhibited by the set of invitees to the target set of capabilities to be exhibited by the group of attendees of the electronically assisted meeting, a missing capability;
retrieving, by the electronic processing device and from the stored invitee data and based on the identified missing capability, an additional invitee for the electronically assisted meeting;
transmitting, by the electronic processing device and based on a subset of the stored invitee data corresponding to the additional invitee for the electronically assisted meeting, an invitation to join the electronically assisted meeting;
updating, by the electronic processing device and based on the transmitted invitation, a calendar program to reflect the entire set of invitees to the electronically assisted meeting;
determining, by the electronic processing device, a duration of the electronically assisted meeting;
determining, by the electronic processing device, a presence score per hour for the additional invitee;
determining, by the electronic processing device and based on the duration and the presence score per hour, a total presence score for the additional invitee to attend the electronically assisted meeting;
determining, by the electronic processing device, an opportunity cost per hour for the additional invitee;
determining, by the electronic processing device and based on the duration and the opportunity cost per hour, a total opportunity cost for the additional invitee to attend the electronically assisted meeting; and
determining, that the total presence score exceeds the total opportunity cost for the additional invitee to attend the electronically assisted meeting.
