8. A ferromagnetic resonant signal generator apparatus, comprising:
an electrical input pulse generator comprising:
a switch configured to receive a high-voltage direct current voltage from a voltage source; and
a non-linear transmission line comprising:
at least two conductors that form a radio frequency or microwave transmission line, wherein the non-linear transmission line is configured to receive an electrical input pulse; and
a ferromagnetic material comprising nanoparticles of an ε-polymorph of iron oxide expressed as ε-Fe2O3, wherein the at least two conductors and the ferromagnetic material are structured to generate ferromagnetic resonance signal in response to the electrical input pulse.
