1. A method of predoping a negative electrode active material with lithium ions, the method comprising:
mixing an electrolyte solution and the negative electrode active material and adding lithium metal, to thereby prepare a slurry comprising the electrolyte solution in which the negative electrode active material and the lithium metal are dispersed; and
doping the negative electrode active material with lithium ions by kneading the slurry,
wherein the electrolyte solution comprises:
a solvent;
lithium ions; and
an additive having a reduction potential higher than a reduction potential of the solvent, and
wherein the electrolyte solution comprises 3 parts by mass or more and 50 parts by mass or less of the additive relative to 100 parts by mass of the electrolyte solution.
