1. A sensor for impedance measurements of a biological or chemical factor sample in a potentiostat system, comprising a reference electrode RE and a counting electrode CE with electric contacts leading to an edge of the sensor in the form of an edge connector, the sensor comprising n working electrodes WEn, wherein
n is in a range of 2 to 256;
the reference electrode RE is common for all working electrodes WEn and a fragment thereof present by working electrode WEn forms a measuring segment RE-CE-WEn; and
the edge connector comprises an HDMI port or a DisplayPort.
