1. An apparatus to support a pipeline via connection with a trunnion, comprising:
a tubular body with a first end and a second end and having a tubular body outer diameter and a tubular body inner diameter;
a self-reinforced pad disposed at the first end of the tubular body, the self-reinforced pad configured to conform and mate with an outer surface of the pipeline; and
a tubular hub disposed at the second end with a hub outer diameter, the tubular hub concentric with the tubular body,
wherein the self-reinforced pad, tubular body, and hub are a single, integral component.
