1. An angle adjustment mechanism for a pump and a motor comprising: a base including an upper base portion having a first end for mounting the motor and a second end, a lower base portion having a first end for mounting the pump and a second end, and a hinge pivotably connecting said second end of said upper base portion and said second end of said lower base portion; a linear actuator; a substantially flat flexible member having a proximal end attached to said linear actuator and a distal end connected to a collar attached to the lower base portion; a cam block mounted to said collar, said cam block having a curved support surface that forms a curved path for guiding said substantially flat flexible member along said curved path; a roller bearing adjacent said cam block, said roller bearing pressing said substantially flat flexible member against said curved surface of said cam block; and an attachment plate that attaches the motor to the first end of the upper base portion, said attachment plate extending outwardly from the motor for mounting the linear actuator; wherein actuation of said linear actuator drives the substantially flat flexible member in the curved path causing said lower base portion and upper base portion to pivot with respect to each other about said hinge, thereby changing an angle between said lower base portion and said upper base portion.
