1. An inner shroud damper for a gas turbine engine, the inner shroud damper comprising:
at least one carrier including a joint to couple to an inner shroud of a stator vane, the at least one carrier having a first side of the at least one carrier and a second side of the at least one carrier, the at least one carrier disposed inside a seal box, the seal box coupled to the inner shroud of the stator vane; and
at least one mass damper, wherein the at least one mass damper is a viscoelastic material coupled to the at least one carrier and wherein the at least one mass damper is to vibrate in response to operation of the gas turbine engine.
