1. A method for manufacturing a joint pipe element of a well system, the method comprising:
providing a first outer pipe having a bore and first external threads at a first end;
providing a first inner pipe having a bore and second external threads at a first end;
placing the first inner pipe inside the bore of the first outer pipe;
providing a second outer pipe having a bore and third external threads at a first end;
providing a second inner pipe having a bore and fourth external threads at a first end;
placing the second inner pipe inside the bore of the second outer pipe; and
connecting the first inner pipe to the first outer pipe and the second inner pipe to the second outer pipe with a connecting mechanism comprising:
an outer body comprising a first box end with first inner threads configured to engage the first external threads of the first outer pipe and a third box end with third inner threads configured to engage the third external threads of the second outer pipe; and
an inner body attached to the outer body and comprising a second box end with second inner threads configured to engage the second external threads of the first inner pipe and a fourth box end with fourth inner threads configured to engage the fourth external threads of the second inner pipe,
wherein the inner body is attached to the outer body such that an annular space is disposed between the inner body and the outer body and a continuous flow path extends through said annular space.
