A swimming pool cleaning robot with a movement state detection function comprising a main body, wherein a control module is arranged on the main body; a rotating member is rotatably arranged outside the main body; a water fender is also arranged outside the main body; part of the rotating member is located in the water fender; the swimming pool cleaning robot further comprises a rotating speed detection assembly used for detecting a rotating speed of the rotating member; and the rotating speed detection assembly is electrically connected to the control module.
