1. An organic compound having the following structure of Chemical Formula 1:

wherein each of R1 and R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkoxy group, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkyl amino group, an unsubstituted or substituted C6-C30 aromatic group and an unsubstituted or substituted C3-C30 hetero aromatic group; each of R3 to R14 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkoxy group, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkyl amino group, an unsubstituted or substituted C6-C30 aromatic group and an unsubstituted or substituted C3-C30 hetero aromatic group, or two adjacent groups among R3 to R14 form an unsubstituted or substituted C6-C20 aromatic ring or an unsubstituted or substituted C3-C20 hetero aromatic ring; each of X1 to X4 is independently halogen; each of L1 to L3 is independently an unsubstituted or substituted C6-C30 arylene group or an unsubstituted or substituted C3-C30 hetero arylene group; o is an integer of 1 or 2; and each of p and q is an integer between 0 (zero) to 2.
