1. A system comprising:
a memory storing machine-executable instructions; and
a processor configured to access the memory and execute the machine-executable instructions to:
determine a default threshold value of an abnormal driving notification system configured to notify a driver of an ego vehicle of a target vehicle engaging in abnormal driving within a proximity of the ego vehicle;
determine that the target vehicle is engaging in abnormal driving;
determine that the abnormal driving exceeds the default threshold value of an abnormal driving notification system;
notify the driver of the ego vehicle that the target vehicle is engaging in abnormal driving;
monitor the driver of the ego vehicle to determine a reaction of the driver of the ego vehicle upon notification of the target vehicle engaging in abnormal driving; and
alter the default threshold value of the abnormal driving notification system upon the driver reacting to the notification to generate a threshold value individually associated with the driver of the ego vehicle, and only if the driver reacted to abnormal driving of the target vehicle at a first time period and at a second time period, and the target vehicle engaged in abnormal driving at the first time period and the second time period.
