1. A battery pack comprising:
a housing configured to be removably coupled to and supported by a device configured to receive power from the battery pack;
a plurality of battery cells supported in the housing, the plurality of battery cells including a first battery cell having a first battery terminal and a second battery cell having a second battery terminal, the first battery terminal of the first battery cell being electrically coupled to the second battery terminal of the second battery cell by a conductive strap, the conductive strap being laser welded to the first battery terminal with a first laser welding pattern and the second battery terminal with a second laser welding pattern; and
a battery pack terminal configured to be electrically connected to the first battery cell and the second battery cell to transfer power from the first battery cell and the second battery cell to the device.
