1. An isolated VISTA antagonist comprising a peptide which is identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 (Ser-Ser-Ala-Cys-Asp-Trp-Ile-Lys-Arg-Ser-Cys-His), or a multimer or conjugate thereof.
