1. A kit comprising:
a bioprosthetic heart valve comprising one or both of a sewing ring or an anchoring skirt;
a cartridge comprising
a photoinitiator, and
a pre-polymer formed by a reaction of a polyol and a polyacid; and
an applicator configured to combine the pre-polymer and the photoinitiator to produce a curable composition and to deliver the curable composition to a desired anatomical location in a subject.
