1. A computerized method for releasing a set of policies implemented on a network device, the computerized method comprising:
detecting, by the network device, a speed of the network device is zero miles per hour (mph);
initiating, by logic processing on the network device, a policy release counter;
determining, by the logic processing on the network device, a position of the network device has changed prior to the policy release counter satisfying a counting requirement;
detecting, by the network device, the speed of the network device is greater than zero mph and less than a threshold speed;
requesting, by the logic processing on the network device, a first received signal strength indicator (RSSI) value and a second RSSI value from a transceiver, wherein the first RSSI value corresponds to a first communication transmitted by the network device to the transceiver and the second RSSI value corresponds to a second communication transmitted by the network device to the transceiver following expiration of a delay time after transmission of the first communication;
comparing, by the logic processing on the network device, the first RSSI value and the second RSSI value; and
when comparing the second RSSI value to the first RSSI value indicates a signal strength of the second communication is weaker than a signal strength of the first communication by at least a threshold amount, releasing, by the logic processing on the network device, the set of policies implemented on the network device.
