1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
determining, by one or more processors, a first layout of a first document, wherein the first layout comprises one or more components of the first document;
defining an access policy granting a user access to a type of component of the one or more components, wherein the access policy is dynamically applicable to documents that have layouts matching within a pre-defined layout similarity threshold;
determining a second document has a second layout that matches the first layout, within the pre-defined layout similarity threshold;
receiving a request from the user to access the second document; and
responsive to receiving the request, granting the user access to a component in the second document based on the access policy and the second layout, wherein the component is of the type of component.
