1. A non-transitory, computer readable medium comprising instructions, that when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations, comprising:
receive operating parameter measurements of a first operating parameter of a power line over a period of time;
determine a power line sag based on a comparison of the operating parameter measurements to an operating parameter over-time threshold;
provide an output signal indicating that the power line sag exceeds a threshold when the operating parameter measurements have exceeded the operating parameter over-time threshold for the entirety of the period of time.
