1. An electronic device comprising:
an enclosure;
processor circuitry carried by the enclosure; and
a blower to dissipate heat from the enclosure, the blower including:
a carrier plate having a first side and a second side opposite the first side;
a motor to drive the carrier plate;
a post carried by the carrier plate; and
a rotor carried by the carrier plate, the rotor including foam material, the rotor defining an opening to receive the post to couple the rotor to the carrier plate.
