1. A pair of sport gloves for properly positioning a bat and for protecting a dominant hand and a secondary hand of a player, the pair of sport gloves comprising:
a first sport glove adapted to fit over the dominant hand and a second sport glove adapted to fit over the secondary hand, each of the first sport glove and the second sport glove including:
a body including a thumb portion, a plurality of finger portions, a front surface, and a back surface, the front and back surface coupled along at least one edge defining a cavity, the front surface including a palm portion extending between a first glove side and an opposite second glove side and having a distal end and a proximal end, the first glove side extending between the thumb portion and an index finger portion, the thumb portion and the plurality of finger portions extending from the distal end of the palm portion; and
a palm pad coupled to the front surface and extending across the palm portion from the first glove side to the second glove side, the palm pad including a top side orientated adjacent the finger portions and a bottom side spaced a distance from the top side towards a bottom of the sport glove;
wherein the first sport glove includes a webspace pad coupled to the front surface and spaced from the bottom side of the palm pad to form a first recess between the webspace pad and the palm pad configured to receive a handle of the bat, the webspace pad oriented adjacent the first glove side and extending inwardly from the thumb portion towards the second glove side, the webspace pad having a generally triangular shape including:
a first pad side positioned adjacent the first glove side and extending between an upper end and a lower end, the upper end positioned near the bottom side of the palm pad and the lower end positioned adjacent the proximal end of the thumb portion;
a bottom pad side extending from the lower end of the first pad side inwardly towards the second glove side from the proximal end of the thumb portion; and
a upper curved pad side extending from the upper end of the first pad side to the bottom pad side; and
wherein the second sport glove includes a heal pad coupled to the front surface and spaced from the bottom side the palm pad to form a second recess between the heal pad and the palm pad configured to receive a handle of the bat such that the front surface of the second sport glove contacts the handle of the bat with the bat being held by the player, the heal pad oriented adjacent the second glove side and including a rectangular shape extending inwardly from the second glove side towards the first glove side;
wherein the first sport glove does not include the heel pad and the second sport glove does not include the webspace pad.
