17 Claims

1. An aqueous sweetener solution comprising:

a mixture of steviol glycosides in a range from 7% to 20% by weight;

a Quillaja tree extract in a range from 0.1% to 2% by weight; and

water in a range from 51% to 88.5% by weight;

wherein the aqueous sweetener solution is clear at room temperature.
