1. An electrical load regulation apparatus, comprising control circuitry to:
provide a gradually increasing output voltage at an output terminal of the electrical load regulation apparatus, the output terminal operatively couplable to an electrical load;
receive, from a communicatively coupled remote calibration device disposed proximate an operatively coupled electrical load device via power lines coupling the load regulation apparatus to the electrical load device, a power line communication (PLC) pulsed output signal indicative of a measured load voltage at the electrical load compared to a defined threshold voltage; and
halt the gradual increase in the output voltage at the output terminal of the electrical load regulation apparatus based on one of: a receipt of the pulsed output signal from the remote calibration device, or a failure to receive the pulsed output signal from the remote calibration device.
