1. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprising:
a transceiver; and
a processor,
wherein the processor is configured to generate a transport block (TB) comprising a plurality of bits,
wherein the processor is configured to generate associated cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits for the TB,
wherein the transceiver and the processor are configured to receive scheduling downlink control information (DCI) for re-transmission of the TB, the scheduling DCI comprising a code block group (CBG) bitmap that indicates at least one CBG of the TB is to be re-transmitted, and
wherein the transceiver and the processor are further configured to transmit a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUSCH) transmission comprising the at least one CBG of the TB, wherein the at least one CBG comprises a first code block that includes a first integer number of bits, and a second code block that includes a second integer number of bits, wherein the first integer number of bits and the second integer number of bits comprise at least some of the plurality of bits of the TB, and wherein the first code block and the second code block are encoded using the same one of a first low-density parity-check (LDPC) base graph (BG) or a second LDPC BG to generate a plurality of coded bits.
