1. A meta-antenna comprising:
a substrate comprising a ground plane;
a first slot structure comprising a plurality of slots disposed on the ground plane;
a plurality of feed lines electrically connected to the first slot structure; and
a meta-surface comprising a meta-material, and a plurality of unit cells, the meta-surface spaced apart from the ground plane,
wherein the plurality of unit cells each includes a square cross-sectional shape, and a ring-shaped metal pattern formed on one side thereof, and
wherein an inner diameter of the metal pattern is smaller than half a length of one side of the square of a unit cell among the plurality of unit cells.
