1. A method for determining health stressors, comprising:
displaying, by one or more processors, one or more of text information and image information on a user device of a user;
receiving, by the one or more processors, health information at a given time marker from a wearable device associated with the user during displaying of the one or more of text information and image information;
associating, by the one or more processors, at least one of the text information and image information with the given time marker based on a determination that the received health information is at least a threshold value;
correlating, by the one or more processors using a model, other text information or other image information to the text information or the image information based on the received health information;
generating, by the one or more processors, a stress indicator based on a determination that the other text information and other image information are correlated to the text information and the image information associated with the received health information;
displaying, by the one or more processors, the stress indicator on the user device, the stress indicator indicating that the at least one of the text information and image information associated with the given time marker is a health stressor to the user; and
blocking, by the one or more processors, the at least one of the text information and image information associated with the given time marker from being displayed on the user device.
