1. A system of a first passenger vehicle, the system comprising:
a memory that stores computer-executable components; and
a processor that executes at least one of the computer-executable components that:
captures, via sensors of the first passenger vehicle, vicinity data associated with a vicinity comprising a defined physical area external to and adjacent to the first passenger vehicle and interior data of an interior of the first passenger vehicle, wherein the sensors comprises at least one interior sensor directed to an interior of the first passenger vehicle and at least one external sensor directed to the vicinity, wherein the at least one interior sensor comprises at least one of an interior image sensor or an interior sound sensor, wherein the at least one external sensor comprises at least one of an external image sensor or an external sound sensor, wherein the vicinity data comprises at least one of first external image data or first external audio data, and wherein the interior data comprises at least one of first interior image data or first interior audio data;
a determines, via execution of a deep learning neural network on the vicinity data, whether a vehicular collision has occurred in the vicinity of the first passenger vehicle, wherein the vehicular collision involves at least one second passenger vehicle, and does not involve the first passenger vehicle; and
in response to a determination that the vehicular collision has occurred, broadcasts, via at least one of the sensors, to an emergency service computing device, a post-collision live stream comprising additional vicinity associated with the vicinity of the first passenger vehicle.
