1. An application to be executed by one or more processors on an electronic device communicatively coupled to a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader for identifying a desired item from among a plurality of items within a read range of the RFID reader, wherein the application, when executed, is configured to cause the one or more processors to:
receive, via the RFID reader, a plurality of digital identifiers from RFID tags associated with the plurality of items, wherein each digital identifier is associated with an item in the plurality of items;
determine, based on a metric, an item relevancy for each digital identifier in the plurality of digital identifiers;
display, on a screen of the electronic device, item data associated with at least one item in the plurality of items, wherein the displayed item data is ordered by item relevancy;
receive feedback regarding whether any of the displayed item data corresponds to the desired item; and
update the item relevancy for the at least one item in the plurality of items based on the feedback.
