1. A system for providing access to digital content, comprising:
one or more processors in electrical communication with a network interface, the one or more processors to:
receive, via the network interface, a content request for a digital content item requested by a user;
determine a digital resource provisioning platform including the digital content item;
determine a link to the digital content item on the digital resource provisioning platform according to a link creation rule selected from a plurality of rules each specific to one of a plurality of digital resource provisioning platforms; and
provide to a client computing device, via the network interface, the link to the digital content item, the link to provide a user interface direct access to display the digital content item responsive to a user opening the link.
