1. A computer-implemented method of monitoring, at a source device, a rendering at a destination device of content received by the destination device from the source device, the method comprising:
generating, at the destination device, a metric characterizing the quality of the content rendered at the destination device, said generation of the metric characterizing the quality of the content comprising determining a percentage of source content transmitted by the source device that is rendered at the destination device;
estimating, using said metric, an estimated similarity between the content rendered at the destination device and source content transmitted by the source device, said estimating of the estimated similarity comprising inferring a degree of similarity between the content rendered at the destination device and the source content supplied by the source device based on the quality of the content rendered at the destination device, and
concurrently with the rendering of the content at the destination device, displaying, on a display associated with said source device, an indication of the estimated similarity.
